Introductory provisions

These operating rules set out the rules and conditions for visitors to the laser game arena.
Its aim is to ensure safety, smooth operation and a pleasant experience for all participants.

Opening hours: Mon – Thu 16:00 – 20:00, Fri 16:00 – 22: 00, Sat – Sun 10:00 – 22:00

Booking of games is possible online or by phone.

Minimum age of players: 7 years.
For players under the age of 15, written parental or guardian consent is required on site.
Players must wear appropriate athletic shoes and clothing.
Inappropriate behaviour, aggression and vandalism will not be tolerated.

Players must not make physical contact or deliberately bump into obstacles.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to lie on the ground, intentionally fall on your back or stomach, or throw a weapon.
The weapon must be held with both hands.
Physical contact of opposing players with weapons is prohibited.
Smoking and the use of any narcotic or psychotropic substances is prohibited on the premises. This prohibition applies to both the indoor premises and any outdoor facilities of the establishment.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages is allowed only to a reasonable extent that does not disturb public order, safety or comfort of other visitors or staff. In case of inappropriate behaviour, the staff reserves the right not to serve the customer or to ask him to leave the premises.
In the event of an injury, players must inform the staff immediately.
If any technical problem or apparent defect is found in the arena that could result in injury to players, it must be reported to the operator immediately.
The arena uses a mist maker and a small amount of glycerine-based suspension (commonly used at concerts and discos), in case of any breathing difficulties you need to leave the arena and report everything to the operator.
UV lights and other lighting effects are used in the arena, in case of epilepsy this should be taken into account and if necessary consult your doctor.

The game lasts 15 minutes.
Each player receives a laser weapon and a vest.
A game mode will be sellected before the game is played.
The scoring is automatic and the results are available after the end of the game.

The operator is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.
Destruction or deliberate damage to equipment will be dealt with by compensation.
The Operator shall not be liable for damage to property or health of players unless caused by gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Operator. Each player participates in the game at his own risk and is obliged to follow the safety rules.
