Operating rules
Introductory provisions
- These operating rules set out the rules and conditions for visitors to the laser game arena.
- Their purpose is to ensure safety, smooth operation, and an enjoyable experience for all visitors.
Arena operation and management
- Opening hours may vary throughout the year – the current schedule will always be available at www.battlezone.cz.
- Games can be booked online or by phone.
Rules for players and safety measures
- Minimum age of players: 6 years.
- Players under the age of 18 may only participate in the game when accompanied by a legal guardian or upon presentation of written consent from a legal guardian to participate in the game.
- Players must wear appropriate sports shoes and clothing (especially closed sports shoes).
- Food, drinks, valuables, dangerous or otherwise inappropriate items that could interfere with the game or cause injury to players are not allowed in the arena.
- Inappropriate behavior, aggression, and vandalism will not be tolerated.
- Players must not physically contact each other or intentionally collide with obstacles or otherwise damage the operator’s property.
- For safety reasons, it is forbidden to lie down on the ground, intentionally fall on your back or stomach, or throw your weapon.
- The weapon must be held with both hands.
- Physical contact between players with weapons is prohibited.
- Players must not be under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, or psychotropic substances.
- Players must be in good physical and mental condition. In case of health problems (e.g., injury, visual impairment, pregnancy, epilepsy), it is necessary to consult your doctor about participation in the game.
- In the event of an injury, players must immediately inform the arena staff.
- If any technical problem or defect is found in the arena that could result in injury to players or damage to property, it must be reported to the staff immediately.
- The arena uses a fog machine and a small amount of glycerin-based suspension (commonly used at concerts and discos). In case of any breathing difficulties, it is necessary to leave the arena and report everything to the staff.
- UV lights and other lighting effects are used in the arena. If you have any health restrictions, please take this into account and consult your doctor before visiting.
- The operator reserves the right to refuse service, deny participation in the game, and ask persons who violate the rules set forth in these operating rules to leave the premises.
Rules of the game
- The game lasts 10 or 15 minutes.
- Each player receives a laser gun and a vest.
- The game mode will be selected before the game.
- Scoring is automatic and the results are available after the game.
Refreshments and hygiene
- Consumption of food and beverages is permitted only in designated areas.
- Smoking and the use of any narcotic or psychotropic substances is prohibited in all areas of the premises. This prohibition applies to both indoor areas and any outdoor facilities.
- Sanitary facilities are regularly disinfected.
Property protection and liability
- Each player participates in the game at their own risk and is obliged to comply with the safety rules and regulations set out in these operating rules.
- The operator is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Players can use lockable lockers in the changing rooms to store their belongings.
- Players are responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment caused by them and are obliged to compensate the operator for any damage caused.
- The operator is not liable for damage to the property or health of players unless caused by gross negligence or intentional acts on the part of the operator.
Final provisions
- These operating rules are binding for all visitors to the arena.
- The operator reserves the right to change them.
